1. General

By booking our services or purchasing products from SP Tyres 2 U, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide tyre supply, tyre fitting, puncture repairs, wheel balancing, valve replacement and mobile tyre fitting services. All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill.

3. Prices

All quotations are subject to tyre availability and may change if the specification requested changes.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept most major debit and credit cards, bank transfer and cash.

5. Mobile Tyre Fitting

Customers must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location suitable for our technician to carry out the work. If conditions are unsafe or access is restricted, we reserve the right to refuse or postpone the service.

Additional charges may apply if incorrect vehicle details or tyre sizes are provided or if extra work is required.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Missed appointments or cancellations made after our technician has travelled may be subject to a call-out charge.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle registration, tyre size and location details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure locking wheel nut keys are available where required. If the locking wheel nut cannot be removed, we may be unable to complete the work and a call-out charge may still apply.

8. Warranty

New tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of fitting.

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage.
• Punctures.
• Impact damage.
• Incorrect tyre pressures after leaving our premises.
• Misalignment or suspension faults.
• Normal wear and tear.

9. Wheel Alignment

Unless specifically requested and paid for, wheel alignment is not included with tyre fitting.

Uneven tyre wear caused by incorrect wheel alignment or suspension defects is not covered by any warranty.

10. Liability

We will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the value of the goods or services supplied except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Used Tyres

Where used tyres are supplied, they are thoroughly inspected before fitting to ensure they comply with UK legal requirements. Used tyres are sold as seen and will naturally have varying levels of previous wear.

12. Disposal

Old tyres removed from your vehicle will be disposed of responsibly unless you request to retain them before work begins.

13. Privacy

Any personal information provided will only be used for booking, invoicing and providing our services. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
